In this article, we'll share our best practices after sending more than 100K invitation emails


When inviting users to feedback sessions, there are several points that we have to keep in mind so we could have the best ''conversion rate''.



Here are 5 things you should include in your invitation:

  1. What will happen in the meeting

  2. How long should it take

  3. Dates & times they can sign up in

  4. Link to booking website - Wix website, Calendly, etc.

  5. Contact information, preferably personal email.


Optional information you can add:

  • What we'll be discussing at the meeting

  • Why do we invite them specifically

  • What can we offer as compensation for their time & feedback
