Who We Are

One of Wix’s core values is testing everything: we’re constantly collecting and analyzing aggregated, quantitative data from users. But numbers tell only part of the picture - we want to know how users feel, what they understand, and what they expect when they use our products.

 

That’s where we come in. The Product Feedback team is here to get inside our users’ heads, and facilitates meaningful and insightful meetings with users, targeted from around the world, and based on each team's specific needs. 

 

Teams can meet users at various parts of the product life cycle (prototype/experiment/open feature), and can host a variety of meeting types (user talks/usability testing/user research) for one-off meetings or in order to develop ongoing relationships with specific users. 

 

We strive to make testings at Wix quick, professional and effortless.

 


Our focus:

The Product Feedback team focuses on three main pillars:

A.   Product Velocity:
We take care of everything: targeting users, managing invitations, handing coordination, compensation, post-session support, and much more. This way, we save valuable time and capacity by leaving product teams to focus on making improvements to their product.

B.   Testing Quality Enhancement:

Our added benefit is our experience with proven testing methodologies, all the while tailoring sessions' details to the specific team's requirements (i.e., prototype/experiment/specific flows and funnels, use of Zoom as a feedback tool, etc.).

We help teams figure out what is the best possible way to approach the testing phase.

C.   Cross-Company Projects:

By working closely with guilds and companies across Wix, our team resolves gaps and needs, unifies guidelines and tools, connects teams, and shares meaningful findings with relevant stakeholders.

Our Process:
A.  Planning

We have a short introductory meeting with the product team to understand what’s being tested, who the relevant testing groups are, what method we’re going to test it with and when the testing should happen.

​

B. Setup Up

We take care of the entire process, from targeting and invitations to compensation and post-session support - everything that isn’t actually testing the product or interacting with your users.

​

C. Day Of

We coordinate “the day of’’, and once the testing is done your team can summarize the findings and decide on action items.
